The poster explains the development and function of a Single-Page Application that catalogues cultural assets in the conflict area of Ukraine in a map environment, and provides tools for citizens to monitor damage done at real time by photographing and uploading them to the platform. Additional layers can be viewed, such as Land cover, Land use, atmospheric quality and pollution, that enable a holistic view of the state of preservation of the cultural heritage monuments in danger. The platform provides such capabilities using earth observation tools (satellite data and in-situ sensors).

The platform operates under the framework of Urban Heritage Climate Observatory GEO Pilot Initiative.
